She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Givens and Tiny Wallin Givens; her son James McLendon; her grandson Jake Canterberry; and her sister Becky Couch.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Canterberry (James) of Rising Fawn, GA and Candy Steven (Thomas) of Rising Fawn, GA; her brother Jimmy Givens of Ider, AL; and her grandsons, Lee Stevens (Courtney) and Eric Stevens.
