She is survived by: her child Eagle Scout; her grandchild Eagle Scouts; her son Donald Moore; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Moore; her grandsons, Andy Moore and Sam Moore; and her child Greeneville Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Dessie Massey Scholarship Fund at New Salem United Methodist Church or the Holston United Methodist Home for Children, Greeneville Tennessee.
