She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Herbert and Pauline Clark (Duffey); her husband Lee Andrew Phillips; and her siblings, Bud Clark, Shirley Smith and Jane Gaberdiel.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Lynn Payne (Phillips); her son-in-law Robert Charles Payne; her granddaughter Ellen Ruth Powers (Payne); her grandson-in-law Jeremy Levi Powers; her grandson Bryan Chesley Payne; her granddaughter-in-law Anna Michelle Payne (Pinow); and her great grandchildren, Julie Grace Payne and Joshua Philip Payne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family would like any and all donations to be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital located at 262 Danny Thomas PL in Memphis, TN 38105.
