She is survived by: her husband Thomas Daniel Douthitt; her daughters, Heather Douthitt and Shannon DeSha White; her stepdaughters, Cindy Renee Delgadillo, Jennifer Young (Mark) and Jessica Jennings (Adam); her sister Diane Blankenship; her sister-in-law Penny Stephens; her grandchildren, Brandon Delgadillo, Austin Revels, Alex Delgadillo, Hailey Cole, Hope Young, Sarah Jennings, Alycia Revels, Brian Revels, Savannah Jennings, Aiden Jennings, Lucas Jordan and Morgan Jennings; and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Rose and Lukas. She is also survived by several friends and other family members.
