She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy L. Hackney and Nancy F. Singleton Hackney; her siblings, Ruth Muncher, Howard Hackney and Bill Hackney; and her granddaughter Amber Addison.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Casey, Neal Casey, Sandy Morton, Tammy Addison and Shana Dixon; her sister Joyce Hardin; her sister-in-law Barbara Hackney; and her grandchildren, Lori, Lindsey, Amy, Mackenzie, Brian, Amanda, Stephanie and Kaitlyn. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
