She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt David Cross and Lora Belle Hunter Cross; her husband James Farrell; her siblings, Audrey Elaine Allen White, Gerald Hoyt Cross and Vaughn Maxwell Cross; and her stepdaughter Kimberly Turez Slaughter.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Gayle Boyd, Tammy Lorilla Talent, Scott Daniel Wingate and Kevin Wade Farrell; and her siblings, Brenda Luverne Jenkins, Charlotte Imogene Harris and Vincent Darrell Cross. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
