She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Denny and Nellie Hoskins Turner. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Phillips of Resaca; her children, Jerry Pass of Washington, Shiela Ward of Virginia and Lila Day of Chatsworth; and her grandchildren, D. J. Phillips, Tristan Day, Cheyenne Day, Cassandra Day, Jamal Cox and Terrance Cox.
