She is survived by: her husband Tom Leverrett; her son Jeff (Brenda Leverrett); her grandchildren, Adrian, Maria, Angel, Julian and Natalie; her great grandchild Miya; and her sisters, Brenda (Johnny Gass), Billie (Jeff Carlock) and Andrea (Rusty Hicks).
