He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Narcisse and Agnes Narcisse (Wiltz); his wife Mary C. Narcisse (Lewis); his son Justin Narcisse; and his siblings, Paul Narcisse, Jr., Warren Narcisse, Sr., Wallace Narcisse, Wonest Narcisse and Margaret Payne.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Narcisse of Pooler, GA and Walter Patrick Narcisse (Sharone) of Houston, TX; and his grandchildren, Dominic, D'Ashanti Jones of Pooler, GA, Ashton Raymond of St. Martinville, LA and Kason Narcisse of Houston, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
