He is survived by: his children, Mary Alline NeSmith, Thaddeus Bruce Lewis, Jr. and Cathy Lewis Dyer; his grandchildren, Courtney Elizabeth Pimentel, Jacqueline Anne Dyer and Meagan Renee Dyer; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Jacob, Eric Pimentel and Jozlyn Rae Hayward; and his brother T. W. Lewis, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
