It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Sue Neff of Pooler, Georgia, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William Patterson; and her husband Harlan Neff. She is survived by: her son Christopher; her daughter-in-law Billie Neff of Bluffton, SC; her grandsons, Cooper Neff and Chase Neff of Bluffton, SC; her mother Betty Patterson of Philadelphia, PA; and her sisters, Karan Patterson of Philadelphia, PA and Betsy (R. J. Miller). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
