He was predeceased by: his parents, Graham Snelling and Margie Snelling; and his brother Billy Joe Snelling. He is survived by: his wife Josie Snelling; his children, Chuck Snelling (Mary Ann), Lisa Martin (Danny), Pam Badgett (Frankie), Rhonda Butler (Neal) and Sondra Hagy (Richard); and his siblings, Rebecca Warren, James Snelling, Richard Snelling and Monty Snelling. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
