She was predeceased by: her mother Agnes Pearl Thrift; and her sister Cheryl Diane Andrews. She is survived by: her husband John Michael Waters; her father Earl Thrift; her siblings, Rebecca Thrift Madden, Kelly Thrift Brannen, Pam Thrift Salter, Earlene Thrift VanWinkle, Keith Thrift and Randy Thrift; and her aunt Myrl Moneyhan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
