It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Vincent McAlister Jr. of Pooler, Georgia, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on February 12, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Vincent McAlister, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Inez McAlister; his son Joseph Vincent McAlister, III (Jessica); his grandchildren, Jaxon Dillon McAlister, Samuel Hunter McAlister, Cody Lee McAlister and Christian Avery McAlister; his mother Peggy McAlister; his siblings, Greg McAlister (Karen) and Julia Gerrad; the mother of his children Tracy Gordon; and also Candace Corns. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
All CDC and social distancing guidelines will be in place including the wearing of masks (Chatham County Mandate).
