He is survived by: his wife Sharon Jean Polk; his children, Jimmie Harper Polk, Jason Edward Polk, Jr. and Zoe Kate Polk; his parents, Danny E. Polk and Jean Bragg Polk; his brother Michael Brian Polk; his sister-in-law Jennifer Lynn Polk; his nephew Alex Michael Polk; and his niece Makenzi Brenna Polk. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
