He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bullard and Juanita Roberts Bullard; his wife Michelle Saunders Bullard; and his siblings, Brenda Bullard Mitchell and Kenneth "Kenny" Faircloth.
He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia "Pat" Brewer of Hazlehurst, Georgia and Thomas "Tommy"; and his sister-in-law Tonya Faircloth of Hampton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
