She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Day and Mildred Bussey Day; her husband Phillip Moore, Sr.; and her brothers, Tom Day and Dwight Day.
She is survived by: her sons, Phillip (Julie Moore) and Walker (Monica Moore); her grandchildren, Lanier Moore Myatt (Alex), John Walker Moore, Harleigh Moore Avant (Jeffrey) and Hunter Moore; her close friend Cathy Shaw; and her cousin Jim Jackson (Alice) of Cumming.
