He was predeceased by: his parents, E. B. Bryant and Maude Turner Bryant; his son Whitney Turner Bryant; his siblings, Harold Bryant, Herbert Bryant and Barbara Bryant Hardin; and his brother-in-law Billy Ragan.
He is survived by: his wife Farise Ragan Bryant; his son Brenton Bryant; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Ragan (Joyce), Bobby Ragan (Nancy), Joyce Wilder, Becky Chappell (Johnny) and Carolyn Ragan.
