He was predeceased by: his sister Gina Bug Causey. He is survived by: his mother Marie Dennard Mizell (James Hair) of Perry; his sister Skylar "Wody" Mizell of Augusta; his daughters, Sawyer and Izzie; his grandmother Eva Mae Dennard of Unadilla; and his father Paul Nelson (Miranda).
