He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Mayfield and Claudine Bryant Mayfield. He is survived by: his spouse Evelyn Mayfield of Pendergrass; his children, Larry Cline (Linda) of Pendergrass, Evelyn Lawana Shook (James) of Pendergrass and William Glenn Mayfield of Gainesville; and his siblings, Cline Mayfield of Gainesville and Barbara Shoemake of Cumming. He is also survived by eight Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
