He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Shaw and Vera Mae Maynard Shaw; his brothers, Harold Shaw and Randall Shaw; and his brother-in-law Duel Latty.
He is survived by: his wife Eula Mae Latty Shaw; his children, Daniel Shaw and Darlene Shaw; his siblings, W. F. Shaw (Pat), Kenneth Shaw, Vera Dean Wetherford, Kay Gerrin (David) and Marilyn Carlyle; and his siblings-in-law, Beulah, Donald Land, Harley Latty and Betty Jo Latty.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Belmont Baptist Church Building Fund, 3635 Belmont Highway, Gainesville, Georgia 30507.
