He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Johnson and Leona Johnson (Zimbelman); and his sister Nancy Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Joanne (Jankowski); his daughters, Jody Hamlett (Lee), Jennifer Chambers (James) and Katie Kostuck (Scott); his grandchildren, Sarah Hamlett, Alex, Julian, Evelyn Chambers and Owen Kostuck; his stepgrandchildren, C. J., Breanne Ellis (Gino), Cory and Kayla Hamlett; his brother Larry Johnson (Kim); his sister-in-law Carol Toutant (Ken); his niece Jamie Moore (Jason); his nephews, Cory (Jessica), Matt Johnson, Brian and Brad Toutant (Erika); and his family Bob.
