With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bettye McKoy Hearn of Palmetto, Georgia, born in LaGrange, Georgia, who passed away on February 14, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lydia Mann McKoy and Edwin Neal McKoy; her husband Harvey Bennett Hearn; and her sister Anne Coggin. She is survived by: her children, Lee, Teresa Hearn of Brooks, GA, Beth, Dan Yarbrough of Peachtree City, GA, Jane and Rick Whitehead of Sharpsburg, GA; her sister Edwina Waters; her grandchildren, Sam, Madeline Hearn, Daniel, Ashley Hearn, Kay, Roy DeLoach, Brent, Cait Patterson, Holly, Buck White, Emily Whitehead and Sarah Grace Whitehead; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee DeLoach, Rebekah Suggs, Riley Suggs, Kane DeLoach, Claire White, Lily Mae Patterson, Abigail Patterson, Landon Hearn and Alan Hearn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
