He is survived by: his wife Brenda Howell of Ochlocknee, GA; his son Billy Eugene Howell, Jr. (Diane) of Oneonta, NY; his siblings, Donald Edison Howell (Joyce) and Katherine Lynn Smith (Michael); and his grandchildren, David, Michael, Dustin, Marlena, DeLiza and Christian. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces & nephews.
