He is survived by: his wife Linda Faye Hutchinson Waters of Norman Park; his grandchildren, Jaylin Skeen, Colby Skeen, Tyler Waters and Cayden Waters; his sister Janice Spradley (Robert) of Norman Park; and his sisters-in-law, Nell Johnson of Ellenton and Nancy Passmore (Darrell) of Norman Park.
