He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Busbin Elliott of Norman Park; his siblings, Gerald Elliott of Norman Park, Barbara Ann Wright (J. L.) of Moultrie and Sandy Oakes (Dave) of Doerun; and his nieces, Eunice Norman of Moultrie and Denise Smith of Moultrie. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
