He is survived by: his wife Maria Victoria Raya Hernandez of Norman Park; and his children, Alberto Raya, Antonio Raya, Efrain Raya, Eliseo Raya, Jesus Raya, Rosa Raya, Elva Olgin, Maria Palacios, Zenaida Raya and Delgandina Raya. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
