He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franklin Ricks and Bertie Lee Saunders Ricks; his wife Lillian Hunnicutt Ricks; his son Tim Ricks; his granddaughter Jessica Ricks; and his siblings, Brack Ricks, Merle Sellers and Jewell Corley.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Ricks (Lynn) of Norman Park and Melissa Johnson (Kyle) of Norman Park; his grandchildren, Ashley Mcleod, Kimberly Ricks, Danielle Gailey, Kylie Johnson and Parker Johnson; his great grandchildren, Hayden Suggs, Jayce Clark, Ashlyn Mcleod, Chayton Harrell and Ava Grace Frailey; and his daughter-in-law Judy Ricks Hay (James) of Norman Park.
