With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Lee McKellar of Norman Park, Georgia, born in Seville, Georgia, who passed away on December 29, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tanner and Marguerite Embry Tanner; her stepdaughter Teresa Ann Arrowood; and her siblings, Colquitt Tanner, Lelas Tanner and Cecilia Tanner.
She is survived by: her husband Charles McKellar of Norman Park; her children, Charlie McKellar, Jr. (Charissa) of Norman Park, Margie Garcia (Cesar) of Adel and Fran Jackson of Orange Park, Florida; and her stepdaughters, Dahlia Brewer (Jay) of Cummings and Charlotte Burnett (Brandon) of Norman Park, Georgia. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
