He was predeceased by: his parents, Mayo Mager Weeks and Clidie Marie Hamm Weeks; and his daughter Misty Brooke Weeks. He is survived by: his wife Kay Cannington Weeks; his daughter Angie Sirmans (BoBo Green); his grandchildren, Ty Weeks, Jacob Sirmans and Bri Slaughter; his brother Danny Weeks (Kay) of Norman Park; his nephew Daniel Weeks; and his nieces, Melissa Weeks and Shannon Bynum (Tommy).

The family asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made directly to the funeral home.
