He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Lee and Myrl Eller Sprinkles; his wife Mary Elise Pugh Sprinkles; his brothers, Edward and Leon Sprinkles; and his nephew David Sprinkles.

He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Watson of Nicholson and Marie Bettis of Nicholson; his grandsons, Travis Watson (Kayla), Matt Watson (Amenda) and C. J. Bettis; his great grandchild Connor Watson; and his brother Lanier Sprinkles.
