She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Nix and Ola Lance Nix. She is survived by: her husband Alfrod Quinton Childs; her sons, Jerry Hollis (Pam), Joseph Hollis and David Hollis; her stepchild Ola Nix; and also Monti Sue Duke. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
