She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Wesley and Elvie Yawn; her husband James Lamar Johnson; her son Larry Dewayne; her grandson Larry Dewayne Johnson; and her great grandchild Chance Lamar Wood.
She is survived by: her daughter Delama Wilis (Gene); her grandchildren, Marty Brigman, Angel Sharpe (Sam) of Pooler, Georgia and Regina Wood; her great grandchildren, Sloan Brigman, Wil Sharpe, Ty Sharpe, Garrett and Abbie Wood of Alma, Georgia.; and her sister Peggy Altman.
A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lee's Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery (264 Lees Chapel Rd, Nicholls, GA 31554).
