She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Eady and Katie Jean Hawkins Eady; her husband Garfield "Pike" Freeman, Sr.; and her children, Gladys Freeman, Jesse "Buddy" Freeman, Sr., Garfield "Melvin" Freeman, Jr. and Annie Lizzie Freeman Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Webb of Albany, GA, Leona Laster of Lee County, GA, Bernice Scott (Roosevelt) of Albany, GA, Israel Freeman (Daisy) of Lithonia, GA, Johnny Freeman (Johnnie) of Newton, Larry Freeman of Newton, GA, Dr. Mattie Shiloh of Albany, GA, Shirley Cook (Vernon) of Albany, GA and Phillip Freeman (Patricia) of American Canyon, California.; and her siblings, Minister Saul Eady of Tifton, GA and Israel Lee Eady of Camilla, GA.. She is also survived by Thirty-two grandchildren, and a host of great and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
