He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sirmans Temples of Nashville; his children, Kevin Temples of Nashville, Lori Belflower (Chad) of Valdosta and Kristy Gaither (Aaron) of Nashville; his siblings, Quida Hall (Ernest) of Lakeland, Walton Temples of Ray City, Wayne Temples of Ray City and Wyman Temples (Elizabeth) of New Port Richey, FL.; and his grandchildren, Callie, Emma, Ellie and Hudson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to the Alzheimer's Association or Center for Dementia Research.
