She is survived by: her mother Carole Ann Fleming; her husband David Shaw of Nashville; her children, Caroline Shaw of Nashville and Andrew Shaw of Nashville; her stepfather Jim McGee of Holliday, FL; her brothers, Kermit Seubert of Birmingham, AL and Richard Seubert (Laura) of New Port Richie, FL; her parents-in-law, Raymond and Sheila Shaw of Nashville; and her brother-in-law Mark Shaw of Nashville.
