He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lloyd Winter and Jeanette Holcombe Winter; and his sister Lynn Winter. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Garrett Winter of Nashville; his children, Anthony Winter (Terra) of Lawrenceville, Jonathan Winter (Shelley) of Bradenton, FL and Jeannette Stallings (Lee) of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Abigail Stallings, Isabelle Stallings, Jesse Winter, Luke Winter and Joseph Stallings.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the Nashville First Baptist Church.
