She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelly Powell and Edna Morris Powell. She is survived by: her husband Harold Dane Mathis of Nashville; her children, Leasa Sumler (Todd) of Nashville, Stephanie Mathis of Nashville and Derrick Mathis (Shannon) of Pennsylvania; and her brother Wayne Powell (Judy) of Crestview, FL. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
