She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Goodin (Margaret) and Ida Pearl Gaskins Simmons (Max); her spouse Russell Haywood Harrelson; her brother Delbert Simmons; and her stepbrother Jerome Goodin.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Campbell (Bill) of Pooler, Susan Harrelson of Nashville and Rusty Harrelson (Kellie) of Tifton; her grandchildren, Chris Wilkerson (Dana), Adam Wilkerson (Heather), Drew Harrelson, Kaysie Harrelson and Maggie Harrelson; her great grandchildren, Paylin, Drake, Emerie Ann and Adaleigh; and her stepsiblings, Joy Ireland of Palatka, FL and Earl Goodin (Faye) of Orange Park, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Langdale Hospice House.
