He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Everette Carter and Gladys Browning Carter. He is survived by: his wife Ruby McKinney Carter of West Berrien; his son Randy Carter of West Berrien; his sisters, Clarice Roberts of Alapaha and Janice Roquemore of Lakeland; and his granddaughters, Meagan, Chelsea, Breana and Laura Lea. He is also survived by 3 great grandsons, 2 great granddaughters and another great granddaughter.
