He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Ethridge Lancaster and Alma Lee Cowart Lancaster; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Lancaster, Dewayne Lanier and Scott Fountain.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Pruitt Lancaster of Nashville; his siblings, Betty Jean Lanier of Nashville, Sandra L. Hansford of Nashville, Susan L. Nelms (Tommy) of Nashville, Judy Rutland (Doug) of Nashville, Johnny Lancaster, Jr. of Nashville, Randy Lancaster (Marilyn) of Nashville and Larry Lancaster (Teresa) of Nashville; his father-in-law John W. Pruitt of Lakeland; and his siblings-in-law, Tina Fountain of Lakeland, Miranda Pruitt of Lakeland, Wesley Pruitt (Darcy) of Nashville and Jim Pruitt of Cairo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
