He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie H. Duggan and Mamie Stephens Duggan; and his siblings, Mildred Longstreet, Marie Miller, Willie Mae McDuffie, Roy Duggan, Wilson Duggan and Joe Duggan.
He is survived by: his wife Marian Floyd Duggan of Nashville; and his children, Jennifer West (Chris) of Nashville, Cindy Marion (Mike) of Nashville and Scott Duggan (Teresa) of Nashville. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are requested to the Riverside Missionary Baptist Church.
