With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Albert Folsom of Nashville, Georgia, born in Fitzgerald, Georgia, who passed away on February 25, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles Folsom (WC) and Lilla Hancock Folsom; his wife Luel (Greene); and his brothers, William Charles Folsom, Jr. and Fred Folsom.
He is survived by: his sister Betty Ruth Folsom Pierce of Savannah; his children, Al Folsom, Jr. (Ann) of Eastland, TX and Karen Folsom Loerzel (Mark) of Gainesville, FL; his grandchildren, Gardner Folsom Mack (Will) of Houston, Maury Folsom (Alyssa) of Fort Worth, Jared Loerzel and Corpus Christi; his great grandchildren, Duncan, Annie and Sawyer; and his close friend Betty Griner. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
