He is survived by: his children, Jesse Lewis (Marlena), Russell Lewis (Audrey), April Hummel (Michael), Amy Harrison (James) and Eva Lewis; his grandchildren, Hayle, Jesse, Alex, Keegan, Parker, Jackson, Carson, Abby, Gage and Melody; his siblings, Gayle Culberhouse, Tony Lewis, Scott Lewis, Jeremy Lewis, Kevin Lewis and Zach Lewis; and also Linda Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
