It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Marie Washam of Nahunta, Georgia, born in Brunswick, Georgia, who passed away on September 12, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William O. Johns and Flossie Robinson Johns; her husband Billy Joe Washam; and her brother Neal Douglas Johns. She is survived by: her children, William Matthew Washam (Aline) of Hickox and Shannon Elizabeth Thomas of Nahunta; her grandchildren, Shaun Matthew Washam of Hickox, Robert Scott Washam of Hickox, Sidney Andrew Thomas of Nahunta and Bethany Jade Thomas of Nahunta; her nephew Damon Nigel Johns (Nicole Garza); her great-nieces, Alana Marie Garza Johns and Flossie Annette Garza Johns; and her great-nephew Jacob Johns. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
