He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Norman and Cora Tillman Norman; his son Wyman Luther "Buckshot" Norman, Jr.; his stepdaughter Jeannie Carter; and his great grandchild Declan Meister.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Deal Norman of Moultrie; his children, Nick Norman, Brenda of Hartsfield, Jeanie Meister and Brad of Madison, FL; his stepchildren, Cindy Peters, Marvin of Moultrie, Nancy Hancock, Wandell of Moultrie, Sandra Hutchins, Ron of Moultrie and Susan Musgrove of Moultrie; and his sisters, Peggy Norman of Moultrie and Sue Stout of Denver, CO. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
