He is survived by: his children, Mike Payne (Teri) of Moultrie, Dawn Payne Patnaude (Keith) of Moultrie and Michelle Payne Newsome (Lee) of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Payne Newsome of Moultrie, Gracie Corson (Gaston) of Bainbridge, Ashley Walden (Johnathan) of Moultrie, Allyssa Stephens of Ashburn and Katelyn Gibson (Daniel) of Tifton; his great grandchild Faithlyn Walden; and his siblings, Wayne Payne (Dolly) of Norman Park, Stephen Payne (Suzanne) of Moultrie and Jeanette Tucker of Tampa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
