She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Perkins (David) of Havana, Florida; her grandson Brandon Perkins (Lacy) of Havana; her great grandchildren, Brooks, Beau Perkins and Dallas Perkins (Caitlyn) of Carrollton, Texas; and her siblings, Howard Gray (Joyce) of Ty Ty, Ruth Hardy (Charles) of Ozark, Jeanette Goode of Jacksonville, Betty Lastinger of Orange Park, Merle Lindsey of Norman Park and Faye Hamner of Moultrie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
