He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Cook (Donna) of Poulan and Sandra Cook Azar (Rene) of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Clint Cook (Dana), Ashley Cook, Kathryn Cook, Wesley Norman, Mason Mims, Meagan Jofre (Christian), Brandy Azar and Courtney Azar (Tina); and his great grandchildren, Cais Cook, Cam Cook, Canyon Cook, Casidy Cook Walden, Mark, Emily Cook, Brianna Norman, Kena Bayer, Miles Mims, Taylor Azar, Shelly Azar, Clayton Azar, Reese Azar, Blayden Gay, Levee Odom, Oscar Jofre, Isaac Jofre and Alina Jofre.
