It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Duane Allum of Moultrie, Georgia, born in Roanoke, Alabama, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Allums and Nellie Tolleson Allums; his son Phillip Duane Allum Jr.; and his grandson Phillip Hunter Allum. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Allum of Moultrie; his children, Lisa Coulter (David), Kelly Wortley (Rick) and Todd Allum (Teenie); and his grandchildren, Cristy Skeen, Christopher Ledden, Piper Burgstiner, Spencer Wortley, Mahirah Allum and Khairiyah Allum. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
